All staff are welcoming, friendly, and professional. Food is always tasty. The music transports me to Nepal every time I visit. Very interesting and attractive decor. Toilets are always clean. The lounge is spacious and very relaxed.

Busy with locals in the mornings, but always space for tourists in the afternoon. Good prices, great friendly service, super spot for drinks in the sun

It's a lovely place, we were so glad to have found it. We are very fussy eaters, we found the food quality here to be outstanding, and we were really surprised by how low the bill was at the end.

It was my first time trying Nepalese dinner although I have tried some light Nepalese food before somewhere else. I had Pork Thali. It came with rice, pork thali and different side dishes. I love the light spice they used. So delicious. Then the staff told me they traditionally mix the rice, dish and pea soup and sauce together to eat. OMG that created even better balanced taste. The Thali set also included the dessert with yogurt and malai which is really good. We even ordered some take away for next days. We had great evening here. Staffs were super friendly and nice!

Wow! Food was exceptional. This is the traditional Gurkha house Thali. So many things to try in one very very reasonably priced dish! Including a little pudding at the far right! So impressed.

Visited yesterday before our clubs bowls match at Cheriton. We had two Gurkha breakfasts, 1 Egg Benedict & 1 Omlette . All the food was really nice & tasty but the chips were late with the omlette and the butter for the bread with the breakfasts came a couple of minutes after our breakfast were delivered. Minor things as everything else was very good and prices were good as well. It was great to have our coffees served really hot rather than in some cafes they arrive only warm. We would definitely return .

Our 1st time trying Nepalese cuisine and we were bowled over with the simple flavours... Had a hearty soulful dinner.. Kwati soup is a must try.. also the spicy tomato achar... Everything we ordered was delish.... Service was exemplary as well... Very friendly hosts.. cheerful Ambience included lots of Nepalese elements...was a joy! Wish they had branches in London..would have been a regular...

I had an amazing dining experience at Gurkha House! The food was full of authentic Nepali and Indian flavors, beautifully presented, and perfectly spiced. The momo dumplings were especially delicious—fresh, juicy, and full of flavor. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. The atmosphere was cozy and relaxed, perfect for both casual meals and special occasions. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone looking to try something unique and delicious!
